A public home for ideas and their context

I founded Paritsea in February 2026 as a place to publish my writing, perspectives, and experience. Its central interests include human behaviour, decision-making, and the systems that influence how we work and live.

As founder, I am responsible for editorial direction: choosing the questions to explore, developing the writing, and structuring the material so readers can follow relationships between ideas.

My responsibilities

  • Developing and editing writing around questions and experiences I return to examine.
  • Organising content so readers can find it, continue exploring, and return to it later.
  • Explaining ideas about people, organisations, and decisions in accessible language, while being clear about what is known and what remains open.
  • Connecting work, learning, and practical experience with the context behind my perspectives.

Responsibility for what I publish

Having a space of my own makes me responsible for both the ideas and the language I use. An interesting thought still needs clear development, source checking, and room to change as further evidence and experience become available.

Paritsea is my public thinking space. SE Ocean is the business I lead. They are connected through my experience, while serving different purposes.

What this role develops

Building Paritsea exercises my ability to structure ideas and communicate complexity responsibly. I have to identify the main point, understand the context a reader needs, and recognise what requires fuller explanation. Start with my writing, or explore the experiences that form part of its background.
