About me

Parit Ritchai

Connecting marketing, technology, and business through thought and practice

I am interested in how knowledge from different fields can come together to make something work in practice. My experience spans marketing, technology, product development, and working with people whose needs and circumstances differ.

My work involves research, analysis, strategy, and hands-on development. I also share what I know so others can apply it, with attention to practical value and the people involved.

Background and strengths

The experience that shapes who I am

Marketing and MarTech

My experience includes digital marketing, SEO, websites, content, and using data to understand people. MarTech, which combines marketing and technology, is another area of strength. Understanding both helps me connect business needs with suitable tools and ways of working.

Technology and AI

I follow and experiment with technology, including generative AI from the early stages of its wider adoption. My experience includes developing websites and prototypes, as well as teaching business owners how to start using AI in their work. This interest leaves room to explore different tools and possibilities.

Strategy and making ideas happen

Through SE Ocean, I work with business owners and teams on structure, systems, and strategy. I also initiate projects myself, such as researching alternative crops and developing a pilot product to create opportunities for Thai farmers. These experiences involve both the broader direction and responsibility for the details of putting an idea into practice.

How I work

How I turn ideas into practical work

Understand what we want to achieve

I begin with the aim and circumstances of the work. I listen to the people involved and try to understand what they really want to develop or resolve before choosing an approach or a tool.

Research, experiment, and respond to what I find

When I see a possibility, I study and test it to understand more than the idea alone. Gaps in my knowledge call for further learning; experiments that do not meet the need call for another look. I distinguish what has happened from what remains a possibility.

Help others understand and carry the work forward

I care about explaining complex subjects clearly, whether presenting an idea, teaching, or working with a team. Work can move forward when people understand the reasoning, see their own roles, and participate in what is being built.

What matters to me

Taking the work and its effects on people seriously

I value knowledge that can be checked and work carried out in practice. When I present an experience, I want people to see what I did, my responsibilities, and what happened, so they can get to know me through real work.

I am willing to reconsider when new information emerges and to adapt how I work. Every situation has different people, resources, and constraints. Finding a way forward calls for listening and building understanding together.

I also care about the effects on people. Business aims and progress should be considered alongside responsibility to those involved. If a project requires overlooking harm that I know it will cause, I may choose not to take part.

The spaces I create and work in

Paritsea and SE Ocean

Paritsea

I founded Paritsea as a place to share thinking and experience, and to develop ideas about people, businesses, and systems. It gives people a way to understand both my work and the reasoning behind what I choose to do.

SE Ocean

SE Ocean is the company through which I work with business owners and teams: thinking together, developing strategy, planning complex work, and bringing it into practice. Working with businesses is another part of what shapes my perspective.
