Learning from AI use that did not go as expected
I attended Web Wednesday 25.0 at Maldives Pub & Restaurant in Bangkok on 28 August 2024. Its theme, F_CKUP AI, invited people to share cases of AI failures and examine why things had gone wrong.
The theme offered a view of technology through practical experience. Discussing mistakes makes room to ask where a problem arose and what needs to be understood more deeply before applying a tool.
Following AI from different perspectives
After attending Web Wednesday 23.0 — AI & MarTech in 2023, I continued to follow AI. This gathering added a perspective on limitations and unexpected outcomes to the exploration of new tools.
My interest in AI and my strength in MarTech, which combines marketing and technology, make both a tool's possibilities and its context of use relevant to me. Hearing experiences from the community is another way to broaden my perspective.
People and conversations in the digital community
