Open original

On 7 June 2026, I arranged a meetup with Millionaire Club friends at Occa’s in Ekkamai. Our special guest was Kitti Pornsiwakit, whom I know as P’Kit, sharing perspectives on hospitality, tourism, wellness and nomad lifestyles.

Who is Kitti Pornsiwakit?

P’Kit is a former board member of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). NIDA’s 2023 tourism conference speaker profile records his TAT board role and his Smart Tourism role at the Tourism Council of Thailand. These historical roles explain the industry and technology context behind his contribution.

Service, travel and changing ways of living

Our conversation covered hospitality and tourism, wellness, and nomad lifestyles. Taken together, these topics offer a broader way to think about travellers: people may be seeking rest, wellbeing, a place to work or somewhere to spend a longer period of their lives.

That framing connects the service a business offers with the circumstances of the person using it.

A wider lens on business

Meeting friends and hearing someone with experience in another industry is part of how I continue learning. This gathering adds hospitality, tourism and changing lifestyle needs to the perspectives around my work.

Its value in my journey is the opportunity to look beyond a tool or product and consider the experience people want from a service, and the life around that experience. Thank you to P’Kit and everyone who joined the conversation.
