I participated in the Yaru Creator program in November 2025, and went on to develop the AgenSea platform.

From an idea to building

Yaru shares lessons from building AI products and services through learning programs and tools. The Yaru Create approach covers choosing an idea, starting with AI and no-code tools, and testing ideas with users.

Building on Yaru: AgenSea

I built on my Yaru experience by developing AgenSea, taking what I had learned about AI and product building into defining and designing a service platform of my own.

AgenSea focuses on making a service system more transparent: how the people involved establish trust, where their roles and responsibilities begin and end, and which rules support their work together. The work spans both product thinking and platform structure.

Where the learning meets my own work

AgenSea gives this experience a concrete continuation in my own practice. Developing a platform involves thinking about its users, their roles, what each party expects and the rules that make collaboration understandable.

AI forms part of exploring how to build a product, while the platform itself still requires decisions about structure and relationships. That connection brings my interest in technology together with the work of shaping a system of my own.

Looking back at November 2025, AgenSea is the clearest continuation into my own work: from learning and experimentation toward a platform concept with its own questions and direction.
