Understanding the business as a whole
KMUTT’s Graduate School of Management and Innovation describes Step Up as foundational Grooming Online training in modern business, online and offline marketing, supply chains and business finance, including a One-Page Marketing Plan session.
This learning belongs to my business development background: considering marketing, operations and financial assumptions together. The timeline uses the certification date on my document.
Considering the parts of a business together
The GSB and KMUTT programme context connects management, marketing, supply chains and finance. Together, these fields help situate a business plan within the ability to carry it out.
For my development as an entrepreneur, this adds questions about whether market demand, operational capacity and resources support one another. Creating interest is only one part of the task; a business also needs to deliver what it promises.
