Open without separate permission
- Read, cite, teach, and discuss with attribution and a link to the source page.
- Adapt for learning, analysis, or internal use that does not monetize enforcement.
- Translate or summarize while identifying the work as an interpretation rather than canonical text.
Requires separate permission
- Embed Paritsea logic in paid products, software, audits, or services.
- Use the Paritsea name or mark as a trust mark, certification, or enforcement layer.
- Publish an adaptation under the same name and version as the canonical work.
Claims that are not allowed
- Claim endorsement, certification, or partnership without documentation.
- Present an adaptation as an official Paritsea Framework, Protocol, or Standard.
- Imply that SE Ocean or another user may change the canonical source.
